Toaster ovens are fun. Dutch Baby pancakes are a favorite of mine that you can make sweet or savory depending on your antojos del momento. Basic Recipe
If making sweet:
Preheat toaster oven to 425F (220C). In a bowl, mix egg, flour, milk (and sugar and nutmeg if sweet) until well blended. Place butter in the baking dish and put in oven. When butter has melted (watch that it doesn't burn!), add the batter (here is where you add chorizo & queso, if making savory) to the pan. Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Recommended toppings
¡Provecho!

A recipe for when you've been craving pizza and the feria version that comes with ketchup doesn't quite cut it. The recipe uses oat flour aka avena molida, which is both easier to find and cheaper than regular wheat flour. The Crust
In separate bowl, combine flour and salt. (If you want to add fancy stuff like rosemary or garlic powder , do it here) Pour yeast mixture over flour and mix well. Knead for about 2 minutes. Spread onto lightly greased pan using the remaining water to smooth crust onto pan (if needed) Cover with sauce and toppings of choice. Bake at 500F (260C) for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown. The Sauce
The toppings Whatever you find on market day! Al gusto. ¡Provecho! xx Chabi *Pizza crust recipe adapted from Food.com
